Samples are to be collected Monday – Thursday mornings only and must be taken to a UPS store the same day as collection. Prepaid UPS return label (Domestic) will be included and CANNOT be put in UPS Drop box. Abstain from ejaculating (including masturbation, sex, and everything else) for at least 48 hours (but no more than 5 days).
