Note: This is a home collection test kit that will be mailed to you.
Fasting Required: Yes 10-12 hours

Specimen: 4 timed saliva samples; upon wakening, Noon, 4 pm, and at bedtime; Bloodspot sample should be collected within the first 30 minutes of waking in the morning.
Results: Average processing time 5-7 business days.
Note: Result turnaround times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Our reference lab may need additional time due to weather, holidays, confirmation/repeat testing, or equipment maintenance.
Special Instructions: Do not drink alcohol on the day you collect your samples. Do not smoke or use tobacco, drink anything, or brush your teeth 30 minutes before you collect a sample. Do not consume dairy products, acidic or sugary foods within 30 minutes before you collect a sample. Do not eat a meal within 60 minutes before collecting #3 and #4 samples.
